Tammy has been with the team for more than 10 years, handling receivables and payables, rent collection, correspondence, and lease administration for real estate that we manage with more than 350 industrial and commercial premises belonging to more or less 10 different corporations.
Carole has been working at the Fontainebleau Immobilier for more than 10 years, and deals with general accounting with tasks such as end of the month, bank reconciliations, manangement of receivables and payables, GST & QST reports, preparation of documents for the year end of our customers and negotiates with the externe accountant for each of our property owners..
Maria joined the Team in May 2023, she holds a Residential and Commercial Real Estate license. Her passion for Real Estate and her experience in Sales and Marketing acquired in the past 25 years, make her an unparallel Broker. With her distinguished attention to detail, professionnalism and transparency in business, she will offer you a personalised and dedicated service in all your Real Estate projets.
Marouane joined the team in February 2023, and is currently working as a residential real estate broker while continuing his training to obtain his diploma as a commercial broker. Passionate, dynamic, and hardworking, he will be able to help you in the acquisition or sale of a property mainly residential and guide you in your real estate investments.
Marc-André holds a general contractor's license and is an advisor to our clients for industrial and commercial development, construction and renovation projects. In addition, he participates as needed in the management and supervision of maintenance work for the buildings we manage.
